Getting started
How do I connect Google?
Sign in through Google's authorization flow, choose the Business Profile location you manage and let reviewpanda import its reviews. You can return to the dashboard while the initial import continues.
Can I connect more than one location?
Free includes one Google Business location. Pro supports up to 10 connected locations, with a separate review view for each listing.
Does reviewpanda import past reviews?
Yes. The initial connection imports the reviews available for the selected location. Your Auto-Reply settings decide how far back the automation should act on unanswered reviews.
Can I disconnect Google later?
Yes. Disconnect a location from My Account. Scheduled and automatic replies for that connection stop, while reviews already published on Google remain there.
Replies and automation
Will every reply publish automatically?
Only if your rules allow it. You can configure ratings to publish automatically or prepare a draft for you to review and send.
What are the default rating rules?
New accounts begin with three- to five-star reviews set to reply automatically and one- to two-star reviews prepared as drafts.
Can I use my own wording?
Yes. Edit an AI draft, write a reply manually or save your own templates. Pro also includes 45 ready-made reply templates in the connected business location's language and category.
Can replies match the customer's language?
Yes. Customer-language replies can be enabled in Auto-Reply preferences for AI replies and saved templates. When it is off, replies use the main language of your connected business location.
Can I control when replies publish?
Yes. Choose a delay range and whether publishing should stay inside the location's Google opening hours. Scheduled replies remain visible before they go live.
Can I pause automation?
Yes. Turn Auto-Reply off at any time. Existing reviews and drafts stay available in the dashboard.
Plans and billing
What is included in Free?
Free includes one Google location, 10 automatic replies and 10 AI-written drafts per calendar month.
What is included in Pro?
Pro includes up to 10 locations, unlimited automatic replies, unlimited AI-written drafts, 45 ready-made templates, review analytics and SEO tracking.
When do Free limits reset?
Free usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month in UTC.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $15 per month or $135 per year. The yearly price is equivalent to three months free compared with monthly billing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. An active subscription can be managed or canceled from My Account.
Account and control
Where can I change my email or password?
Open My Account from the dashboard. Email and password changes use a verification step before the new sign-in detail becomes active.
What email notifications are available?
You can receive an email for every new review and a weekly summary covering ratings, replies and available search performance.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion is available in My Account. It removes the reviewpanda account and disconnects linked services.
