Is it safe to connect my Google account?
Connect your Google Business Profile through Google's authorization flow, then choose which listing Reviewpanda should manage. We sync its reviews and send replies; Pro can also read available Google performance data. You can disconnect from My Account.
Will replies sound like a robot wrote them?
AI replies use the review text and your selected tone, language, and length. Add a signature in Auto-Reply settings if you want one, or write and save your own templates.
Can I review drafts before they post?
Yes. Set each star rating to post automatically or save as a draft. New accounts start with three- to five-star reviews set to auto-post and one- to two-star reviews saved as drafts; you can change those rules.
What happens when I use up the free plan?
Free includes 10 automatic replies and 10 AI-written drafts per calendar month. The limits reset at the start of each month (UTC). Pro includes unlimited usage.
Do you support businesses with several locations?
Pro supports up to 10 Google locations in one account. Switch between locations in the dashboard to see each listing's reviews separately.
Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Yes. Pro is $15 per month or $135 per year, equivalent to three months free compared with monthly billing. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from My Account.
